President Paul Florica built his first home at the age of 19-years-old. Nurtured in a construction-based family, Paul’s father started building homes in the 1960s. Learning the basics of carpentry and trim work from his father, Paul set himself on a path to continue cultivating his craft, and 30-years later, continues to implement the fundamental practice of building quality custom homes for clients. Paul’s experience as an industry leader is invaluable, yet he continues to learn, grow, and develop his skill sets to continue offering his clients an unparalleled experience.
Paul’s hope is to exceed the expectations of clients; this is evident from the very start of the process by ensuring that no two homes are alike by offering original custom plans for each client. Paul listens to a client’s wants and needs and compliments those requests with this creativity and experience to create the perfect home. Along with his team, Paul aims to eliminate the worry that may come with the daunting experience of a custom build and replace it with a rewarding and memorable one.
